Waiver / Rules

While visiting The Toy Hutch and playing in the play area, parents/guardians and their children must follow these rules:

  1. All parents/guardians are responsible for their children during their entire visit and must stay on the premises of 17213 107 Avenue. supervision is a mandatory requirement.
  2. All parents/guardians must read and agree to the Waiver.  The Toy Hutch is not liable for any property damage or personal injury to any child or third party resulting from the participation in any and all activities in The Toy Hutch. The Toy Hutch is not liable if damage or injury arises from the negligence, gross negligence, breach of contract or breach of any statutory or other duty of care, including any duty of care owed under the relevant Occupiers’ Liability Act on the part of The Toy Hutch.
  3. Running and rough play are not permitted. Children who hurt others or cause property damage will be asked to leave with their parent/guardians.
  4. If you or your child are ill or have recently had the flu or diarrhea, please visit us another time when you are feeling well.  Please ensure you wash hands after every bathroom visit.
  5. No outside food or drink is permitted on the premises unless approved by The Toy Hutch.  Our premise is kept nut free.  Please help us keep it nut free by following this rule.
  6. No shoes or bare feet in the play areas. Socks are available for purchase and must be worn at all times by all parents/guardians and children.
  7. Please immediately inform staff of any problems in the facility including: food or beverage spills, problem children or facility needs.

In an effort to allow early access for all parties, we ask you to please clean up after yourselves.

We ask that all parties adhere to the following cleanup procedures.

  • All garbage cleared off the tables and in the garbage
  • All recyclables to be placed in the recycle containers provided
  • Large spills/messes on the floor to be swept
  • Tables to be wiped down, and chairs returned to the table top.
  • All decorations that have been brought in are to be removed from the walls, and facility at the end of booked time slot
  • All guests must be out and cleaned up at the end of booked time slot
  • We DO NOT allow confetti or confetti filled balloons within the facility
  • Any party that leaves a significant mess may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.  Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Dear valued customers

With a heavy {broken} heart and extreme sadness,I am disappointed to announce that with the recent developments of COVID 19, we are forced to close indefinitely.

We are no longer able to process any refunds/OR reschedule any current bookings.

I am currently focused on the health and well-being of myself, and all of those closest to me.

I have always felt like my customers were quite unique. I have become friends with so many of you over the years, and got to know 100’s of others quite well.

I want to express all of my gratitude to those of you who are experiencing our government mandated closure from a “WE” perspective, rather then a “ME” perspective.
